Refund In-A-Flash

I've been using TT for years. It gets easier each time. It automatically forwards my information from the previous year. I only have to update the changes. Copy (or input) your W-2 information and your deductions and you're done. They do all the calculations for you and compare your data with the latest tax laws. No searching on your part.
What's great about it: Extremely easy to use. Step by step directions.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Splendified my refund

Turbo Tax has always been a help, it keeps me from having to do paper work myself, The only thing I am wary about is that the program might have a Cap refund amount you can receive.
What's great about it: was able to manuver through easily
What's not so great: some areas had to be reviewed more than once to understand

Couldn't find simple files

I've been using TURBOTAX SINCE 2009.
THIS YEAR IT COULD NOT FIND MY RECORDS IN THEIR COMPUTERS OR MINE. POOR PERFORMANCE- I HAD TO FILL IN EVERY PAINSTAKING DETAIL FROM PREVIOUS YEARS BY HAND. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I COULD HAVE FILED FOR FREE MORE EASILY.

Quick and Easy

I sat down and had both my Wife and my taxes done within 2 hours. It was so fast and so easy I almost felt like it wasn't fair. So much cheaper than getting them done by a professional and honestly I probably spent less time on them.
What's great about it: Simple and fast
What's not so great: I want more money :)

Excellent product - Worth it

I have used TurboTax forever, I used another product one year then went online to turbotax, found more money when I refiled.
What's great about it: I've used it since the 1990's - i used another product then checked it online, Turbotax saved me money.

I have been using Turbo tax for several years and will never use anything else. I love how quick and easy it is. A fabulous piece of software.
What's great about it: easy, could go back an edit as documents came in
