Very easy to use, able to go back and forth within the programs to make sure you didn't make any mistakes.
What's great about it: Very Easy
What's not so great: Cost to file
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Successfully completing my taxes returns

I have been using TurboTax for the last 14 years and I do not trust any other software or product. I have not had any problems with my tax return from day one. Why change if there is no reason to.
What's great about it: It was easy to complete my tax return and I trust Turbo tax to help me complete my tax return error free.
What's not so great: I wish it was free.... :)

No brainer

Doing my year end taxes is now so easy and fun that I look forward to doing it every year with Quicken's Turbotax. Every year I say that I couldn't think of any way to improve this product, but you surprise me and make it smoother and easier than the year before. I believe this is my 7th year using the software. It gives me a lot of piece of mind knowing that TurboTax people have thought of all the possible tax questions ahead of time. Great job guys.
What's great about it: This is so easy to use. I feel that I received all the refunds due.
What's not so great: Sorry, can't think of anything I would change.

Best Tax Tool

Turbo tax is easy to use. You simply gather your documents, answer the questions, and then file your returns. The electronic filing is easy and convenient.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: None that I have found

Overall my experience using TurboTax over the years has been fantastic! No longer a worry doing your taxes and dreading the time it takes to get them done. Once I receive all my papers in the mail, I begin and complete filing for both Federal and State in a day. Everyone should be using it!
What's great about it: Quick and Easy!
What's not so great: System requirements, had to move to a later computer

Smooth process, found all financial elements I needed without excessive navigation. I really like the data preservation and transfer to current return forms!

I was able to navigate the questions with ease and most questions that I had were answered with your help.
What's great about it: Easy for my old age to understand and use.
What's not so great: I wish I speak to a person on the telephone instead of on the support online.
