Taxes made easy

Not only that it checks for errors and if you are an audit risk..

I have used TurboTax for several years now. Seems to be my familiar method and works for me.
What's great about it: Familiar
What's not so great: Cost and processing fees

Quick and Easy

I really enjoyed using the Turbo Tax Deluxe software to file my 2013 federal and state taxes. The process was easy, quick, and helped me to get the best refund for my family. Thank you for making the tax return process so manageable for such a low cost!
What's great about it: Ease of use of software, step-by-step process, access to definitions/clarification, quick process, easy e-file.
What's not so great: None

Annual Turbo Tax ritual

I can't believe It's been more than 20 years since we've been a Turbo Tax user. It's made one of the most confusing and dreaded obligations of tax-paying citizens of this country incredibly simple, friendly and easy to use.... which the Franchise Tax Board has failed to do year after year! As a child, I remember my parents always dreading the thought of having to do taxes. They taught me how to do mine, but just a few short years later, Turbo Tax came along and simplified and shortened the entire process considerably! There are now 3 guarantees in life....Death, Taxes and TURBO TAX!
What's great about it: Incredible ease of use and simplification of a confusing topic

Little Glitchy This Year!!

Usually, I have no problems with Turbo Tax. I have been using the Deluxe version for several years now! However, the changes I was making to the Other Taxes Paid Section (paid PA local taxes in 2013 from 2012) were not saving correctly. I had to look at the actually tax forms so I could manually make changes! Never had this happen before!! Turbo Tax kept trying to give me extra money because it wasn't saving the correct amounts I originally inputed.
