Another Successful Year

I have used this product for over 10 years. It is easy to use and fast. I am confident that all of the tax credits I am entitled to have been applied. I especially like the explanations given for the lesser known tax credits. It was easy for me to see whether I qualified for them.
What's great about it: It is nice to have all the deductions come up and you can go through as you like.
What's not so great: It would be nice to have the lesser credits or taxes come up only if you qualify for them.

Printing problems two years in a row

Print Preview shows all scrambled characters. Forced to save as a .pdf and then use another Adobe program to print the forms.
What's great about it: Familiar with Turbo Tax as I've been using it for years.
What's not so great: Second year in a row that printing problems are an issue.

Some Confusion Here

There were a few times (more than 3) that I went back to double check an item (but never had to change anything upon checking), and as I paged back through the form to return to where I had been, new questions popped up that hadn't been asked of me the first time (health insurance questions come to mind right now#. I recognized that these questions should have been asked the first time I went through the form, but they only showed up second time #or third, in some cases!) around... Very disconcerting!
What's great about it: Easy to use for the most part; glad previous information doesn't disappear when I go back to check things
What's not so great: Missed steps?

Great Experience.

This is my third year using TurboTax. It is "stupid proof" which is why I love it so much. Takes you through every step and explains everything in a way even I can understand it. Will be using it again next year.
What's great about it: Was done in 30 minutes.
What's not so great: Nothing to dislike.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Simple and very easy to use.

Turbo Tax has done an incredible job of boiling down the process of completing your tax return to a series of easy to answer questions. Very little input is needed and within less than an hour my taxes were completed for both Federal and State. I have been using Turbo Tax for the last 8 or so years and I can't imagine doing my returns without it.
What's great about it: A series of questions to answer and BOOM, you are done!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I like the convenience of using Turbo Tax but I don't like getting the script errors every 2 to 3 minutes.
What's great about it: Fast - Friendly - Efficient
What's not so great: I keep getting script errors popping up after my last update.
