Much Improved Over 2012

In all my years of having Turbo Tax assist me with taxes, I found the 2012 Turbo Tax version to be the least intuitive. However, Turbo Tax is back! This year's return (2013) was very easy to follow.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive
What's not so great: Too Many Commercials

Quick and Easy

I would recommend the Turbo tax deluxe to friends and family. It is very convenient and reliable. I like once you are done you can e-file right away.
What's great about it: Very fast and accurate
What's not so great: You must have an hour or so for input of tax info

I found this product very enjoyable to use if you know what it is that needs to be entered I can understand it can be frustrating if you are a beginner, but if doing so in person could be just as difficult. This program turns your tax preparations into an easy to use idiot prove process.
What's great about it: Easy, step-by-step program. Great for beginners and experts
What's not so great: Are you ever truly sure you're receiving the best possible refund?

I hate tax time...always dread it....turbo makes it easier and less stressful! Will be using turbo tax for years to come!!

Been using TurboTax for several years now. It's easy, reliable, thorough and accurate. Makes doing taxes bearable.
What's great about it: Very easy but also very thorough!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

I've never had this happen before. Upon completing my tax return last weekend, I was informed that the government forms weren't updated since the creation of the software and that I would be emailed when they were ready. That was very interesting. The delay was short and I was able to complete this process this weekend, but not after multiple confusing system administrator warnings and software updates.
What's not so great: Forms weren't available to file when I was ready to file

First Time I Did My Taxes in 10 Years!!

I think I will see the total benefit next year when I am able to download previous year info. I would recommend to anyone doing their taxes for the first time!!

What's not so great: CD did not work had to get technical support to install
