Reliable and Trustworthy

We have relied on Turbo Tax for our tax reporting for many years. Turbo Tax is thorough, reliable, complete, easy to use because of the question and answer format. The benefit of chat or call to address questions completes the process. We feel very secure using Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Detailed and complete with help available
What's not so great: Need to have more prominent update reminder

Excellent Time

I'm usually the tax person in the family and this year my wife was impatient and filed our return using turbo tax. Much to my surprise she did it in 2 hours and it was flawless. Thanks TT!

Taxes 2014

This is a great software. I used TurboTax last year as well, and found that the software automatically transfers information from prior year's file into current year, greatly simplifying the process. I highly recommend it to anyone who files US taxes.
What's great about it: Very easy...transfers files from previous year

Love relationship with TT for 30 years

I was using TT when it was in DOS. I like the way it is laid out this year. I only had one glitch and it was my fault because I zoomed by too fast. Last year I used the free tax expert help which was very good. Didn't need to this year and don't know it they provided it. I use the guided process because it seems to be faster and I don't miss anything. I can run two files and use one for a "what if" which helps me decide on a particular issue when there are two ways of doing something. I have some complicated tax issues, but TT can handle them. I would recommend Turbo Tax to everyone. It has never let me down!
What's great about it: Fast and Accurate
What's not so great: Too many clicks to print

Thanks for the help section and the easy tax language.
What's great about it: Most of the tax language was easy to grasp, which made doing the taxes alot easier.
What's not so great: Can't really think of anything right now.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax may ask many questions; however, this company wants to ensure you do not miss anything and maximize your refund! Do not get frustrated; read each question carefully and make sure you have every tax record you need for the year to maximize your refund! This tax prep rocks!
What's great about it: Easy questions to make sure I have not forgotten anything
What's not so great: So many steps; but I understand it is to ensure I do not miss anything
