Unable to Change Incorrect Entry

I have used TurboTax for several years. It gets worse every year. Information transfers from previous year and then unable to delete or change that info. Can not go back to a section without starting at the beginning. May try it one more year but if as usual it gets worse consider me a customer lost!

Super Fast! Super Easy!

I've used Turbo Tax for 15 years now. Never lets me down, easy transfer of prior year records. Sensible flow. Have your information organized and you can have your taxes done in one short session!
What's great about it: Straight forward. Detailed explanations when needed.
What's not so great: Extra fee added when e-filing State return with direct deposit
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for years. This year was more complicated since I moved to another state and had to file two state forms plus I retired with more than normal 1099-R plus a roll over which was a first for me. Otherwise, this was the hardest tax year I had in 40 years.
What's great about it: got me thru
What's not so great: The Foreign Tax form 1116 is hard to follow
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved, I bought or sold investments

I have used Turbo tax for years and actually look forward to getting this yearly task done in a timely manner, at an agreeable cost for filing, and not thinking about taxes for another year.
What's great about it: The ease of procedure and extensive questioning of my situation. Very thorough.
What's not so great: NONE

hard trying to follow along and fill out the form for cashing in stocks. questions dont match up with forms from the companies
What's not so great: said one free filing of state refund and got charged for all 3

Peace of Mind

I am so glad that I used TurboTax. I am especially happy that I have no need to worry about an IRS audit. It really gives me a special feeling to know that I can sleep peacefully knowing that my tax return is error free and that I don't have to worry about the government knocking down my door and infringing on my freedom.
