Simply Easy

I used it last year so it made this year really easy. I was able to import my W-2 from my employer and everything was done in a snap! I got more back than I expected.
What's great about it: Super Easy

2013 TurboTax

eFile is quick and easy, Only problem came at the end where the last eFile pin or AGI had to be entered which then took me to the irs.gov site which is not set up to use last name suffix (Sr.. Jr. etc...) which means if you filed using a suffix you cannot get your pin. Had to call IRS (800) number (only took 2-4 min) and get my AGI for previous year.
Overall: Pleased with TurboTax ,so far!
What's great about it: Total time to file: 1.5 Hours; Not "In Your Face" filing; Let me choose what I wanted to file
What's not so great: Should explain whether or not to round the cents ($0.01) off;

After years still here

Since I have been using TurboTax so long it seems second hand. It is easy enough for the common person who have NO tax preparation experience.
What's great about it: Ever since Turbo Tax came into existence I have used it and found it to be pretty correct.
What's not so great: Somethings I wish I could just pass but that is part of the beast in taxes

The software is really user friendly and ask all the right questions. Could never go back to the old way of doing my taxes.
