I found this printer very easy to use. WiFi printing was easy to set up through my phone and tablet by downloading the app and the printed documents come out clear and of good quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

wireless is great, price is reasonable. paper jam has occurred but infrequent.

The Epson printer both previous and I would expect, the new, to be perfect for my own personal use and needs. I would not have bought this new Epson so easily if I had not been more than pleased with previous Epson printers. The ease at buying ink , the ease at using the printer is all very much appreciated. The Epson product is something to be proud of , and the other day in a friend inspecting my new home, came to the office, and said "what a smart printer" . Now that was without any prompting quite spontaneous. Congratulations on meeting my needs again. With many thanks Rosalie

Difficult to set up

We have attempted to set this printer up numerous times and became incredibly frustrated by it. We installed the set up disk and followed the instructions provided but the printer failed to connect to Wi-Fi every time. My wife, myself, and my son all attempted to connect it and started from scratch by inserting the installation disk every time. Somehow today the printer finally connected but we are mystified as to what we did differently to enable connection. We know that Epson is a reliable brand and are extremely relieved that it has connected as we were ready to throw it out and buy a different printer. Hopefully now we can use the printer without any further issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
