Nice easy printer. My only issue was it was a tad difficult to install on my computer. It was not clear where the password was. It turns out is the "wireless key" number I needed. Once I had stumbled on this. It all went smoothly. I like that I can change only the in cartridges that need changing. The cost of the ink is reasonable.
I was happy with my previous epsom printer also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Constant "printer not connecting" error

The wi-fi printing works extremely poorly. My Macbook Pro takes several times to connect and print, some pages won't print at all. Very disappointed.

Love this product it's replacing a previous printer that I found frustrating to operate from another brand. This printer is efficient, easy to use, easy to connect and produces great copies.
