A bit disappointed

Sorry, but I am finding the product fiddly to use and slow to warm up to print and scan. I had difficulty in setting the wifi up and difficulty in finding the information, also when scanning it is a complicated process. I would like something more straightforward
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It's been a while since I had a desktop printer, and when I finally decided I needed another I, of course, went straight to EPSON.
My little XP-420 is perfect!
Tiny footprint on my rather cluttered desk, and so easy to set up - plug into the power, insert the disk and away.
I'm running wireless at the moment - and can't wait to try the connectivity with my phone. If it's anything like the rest of the process it will be easy!
I would recommend this to a friend!
