Download and Connect setup failed repeatedly

Just tried getting it set up at home and already running into problems. The setup didn't work even though my firewall and anti-virus software was down as per the instruction of the setup. I've managed to make it work with the Wi-Fi wizard on the printer's end. I feel like this has happened before to me with a previous printer which resulted in it not being functional in the end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my 3rd Epsom MFP not for any other reason than to update my old ones. Love Epson's easy set up and reliability. My children purchased this one for me as a Christmas gift

Very easy set up after all the packaging was taken out. Easy to set up your computer and iphone to print wirelessly.

Love Epson Printers

This is my second Epson printer, and loved the first one. so many features and the quality of the print is awesome. We are only upgrading as the first printer is about 10 years old and finding ink was getting hard.
I also like the ink cartridges are cheaper than competitors.
