fabulous flat iron

this flat iron is fantastic! it really only takes 15-20 seconds to heat up, which is, if youre at all like me, a reason to buy in and of itself. it also gets my hair to be straight but with volume and movement (the way i like it) and keeps it that way all day, through rain and humidity even , and not even wearing hairspray. this is a must-but for anyone who ever straightens their hair.

cant't live without it :) i bought it in usa,and now i'm in europe and afraid to use it becouse of the voltage... can somebody tell me is it safe to use in europe? or sould i contact someone ? thank you :)

I have had this straightener for about two years now, and all of a sudden it just stopped turning on. I looked it up and saw that it has a warranty on it, and all I have to do is send it in and they will send me another one! It's awesome that I have this option. I have never had any problems with it before now, and when it was working it straightened my hair wonderfully. I have naturally curly hair and it takes me no time at all to straighten my hair with this straightener. I would still recommend this product especially because of the warranty on it.
I gave the durability 3 of 5 because mine stopped working, but it's still in great shape.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love this!!! i've had mine for over a year now, and i'm so happy! i've never had one last this long for me, i can't believe how wonderful it is still working! it's so incredible. old ones if i dropped it, it was done for, my dog got stuck in the cord and pulled it of it tumbled to the ground and lived!!!

I absolutely love this iron, I've been straightening my hair for probably way too long now and it's by far the best one! It wasn't expensive compared to other products that say they will achieve all this "and more". I have thick hair wavy hair and it gets it straight in no time! I even took it to Europe with me on a trip! I love it. It even gets the job done quickly, doesn't get better than that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recieved this as a gift from my aunt and in the middle of using it once it turned off and would not turn back on. I've read online and also have seen a couple of reviews here to assume that this happens to people often. I do not have a sales receipt so I'm not sure what my options on the warranty are. I do really love this iron and it worked beautifully up until it "died" on me.
