I use these with my Wii Balance Board for the yoga and strength training segments. They give me a little added security when doing poses such as Downward Dog and Plank and Push-ups. The grippies are soft and flexible enough that even when doing poses where you are placing a good amount of weight on your hands, the grippies don't hurt your hands. If you tried the Yoga on the Go kit and didn't like the gloves, you will love these! I also recommend the Yoga Socks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

These would have been more comfortable if they were made from a jersey lycra mix.

I was looking for a pair of gloves to wear outdoors when Hooping. I have tiny hands, so I tried some of the kids gloves that have similar grippy niblets on them, but the design was more for fashion than function. These yoga gloves are PERFECTION! It's like a whole palmful of non-skid goodness. I don't know about wearing them for yoga (which I teach), but they ROCK For Nippy Weather Outdoor Hooping! Maybe they should be linked to the GAIAM HoopBody page?
I use these gloves for yoga practice as well as when I go shopping and need some hand covering that gives me a good grip and is soft and flexible. Good quality and good value for the money. .
