they are too stretchy to work well. they pull agonizingly against finger creases in down dog, not usable.

Helpful Anti-slide Gloves

Effective to present sliding, but pulled at the fingers a bit which hurt. They frayed a bit at the cut-off fingers part. Still, I am glad to have them as the inconveniences are outweighed by the good grip.

Prevents sweaty palm slide in down dog. Not a tight fit, so comfortable, but hands will slide forward & cause some pressure between the fingers. Thick cuff takes a while to dry.

Not good for carpet use

I bought these thinking they would help me practice at home on my carpeted floors. While they do grip better than bare hands/feet, the gloves and socks slip on my hands and feet and I feel very unstable. My posture in a lot of poses, such as wide leg forward fold and down dog, is not quite right since I have to tense a lot of muscles to keep myself from slipping. These may work for other surfaces, but I would definitely not recommend them for carpet.
