[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked out all new appliances when I had my kitchen remodeled 5 months ago and my induction cooktop is my favorite of the bunch. I can make a pan of pasta faster than I could boil water on my old ceramic stove. And the temperature control is amazing. It's so responsive I no longer burn things. Only the surface area beneath the pan is hot, so nothing spilled sticks to any of the surface. My stove is as clean and shiny as the day it was installed 5 months ago.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cooktop. The heat on each burner is even and accurate. It heats up much faster than a conventional electric cooktop. When finished cooking the surface indicator displays the cooking surface is hot, but it will not burn if touched. A few things I do not like: if you place any item that has some weight on the cooktop, a sensor starts beeping until it is removed and no cover for the cooktop. Also, the timer cannot be used independently unless a burner is on.
Pros: easy to use, Innovative, Performance
Cons: cannot use timer independently unless cooking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had ceramic cooktops in the past and found them to be difficult to keep clean. An induction cooktop does not burn food on the cooktop like a regular ceramic cooktop does; it cleans with just a wipe. Appropriate cookware is needed for induction cooking, but we're very happy we made the switch to induction.
