Works Great!

Our office really likes this product. It works efficiently. The only problem we are having is trying to learn how to scan and save to the correct files, then finding the scans on the computer. Overall, this product beats the previous two products that the office has had! Definitely would recommend!

Needed an all in one and this did it all plus color. One of the best color printers I have used. I have more then 5 all in one brothers printers in my business. This is only a few dollars more and has color.

Toner Disappointment

I'm very disappointed with the toner life.
I don't think I got more than 150 pages per
(yellow) toner.
The printer works well when the low toner light isn't flashing.
I can't recommend this product to friends because of the toner problems.

Not so hot

This machine takes absolutely forever to spool up and pages are lost if one closes the file before the printing is completed. Cartridge low warning shows up very early on and pops up and has to be dismissed several times daily while waiting for that particular cartridge to reach it's end.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

I have never owned a Brother printer before, I am definitely a fan now. The duplexing feature of the scanner is like no one else I have seen before. It is fast and actuate (OCR). I upgraded the RAM so it is really fast printing and scanning.
It is really designed for a small business, but I am just using it at home so it is so much more than I need or can use but it's always fun to configure and play :)
I would recommend this to a friend!

I APPRECIATE THE SPEED. LOVE THE DIGITAL SCREEN. LIKE THAT MY REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE THE SAME AS MY 9560.BUT I DON'T LIKE THE DELAY TIME BETWEEN FAX AND PRINT. IT WON'T CHANGE TO PRINT UNTIL YOUR FAX HAS BEGUN PRINTING WHICH IS ABOUT 10 TO 15 SECONDS DELAY. I WOULD LOVE TO SEE A FEATURE WHERE I CAN HIT A FAX/PRINT BUTTON AND DO BOTH AT ONCE. MAKES BEAUTIFUL COPIES AND QUICK FAXES.

Best Overall Printer

I have been using the MFC-9970CDW for the past 12 months and couldn't be happier. I use it to print presentation quality handouts, scan expense report receipts and make high quality color copies. I highly recommend this product.

All-in-one Printer

The MFC-9970CDW has many great features and the print quality is fantastic. The toners do not last as long as other machines our office uses making this machine more costly to use in the long run.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
