Great Product!

I'm in an office where the big network printer is on the other side of the office, so I purchased this printer for my personal printer in my office. What a great printer! It does everything I need it too and with great quality and ease of use. I'm thinking about buying one for all of my employees to help make them more efficient by not having to leave their desk and have the ability to fax, scan and copy with quality and reliability.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second brother MFC. This one I purchased for a business. It does all it supposed to do. The other is at home. I wish the initial toner supply was a little more robust so that you do not have to purchase a replacement one so soon.

Love this all in one

I received my first one for work and when I quit I had to give it back. My husband said that I had to go buy another one because he loved it and we needed one for his business. He calls it the workhorse.

What a relief!!!

I am finally able to print quality professional type brochures at the office!!! So much quicker and easier than other different brand machines I have worked for. Speediness with quality has been a delight. No crooked printing as the paper slides in properly every time.

Questionable Purchase

Very slow relaying text to printer and then printing it out. Uses ink too quicky. Very unsatisfied for what I thought was top of line purchase.

High Quality Color Laser All-In-One

The Brother MFC-9970CDW gives me everything I want at my desk. Scanning to email allows me to quickly share documents with my clients. Color printing helps me to make great presentations. The automatic duplexing is fantastic. Prints very fast after the first page comes out. The only negatives are the first page out is a bit slow and it can be a bit noisy.

Great product for the price

I looked a long time to find a solid machine in a desk top that had fast quality printing. I am so glad I bought this one. It was very easy to set up...less than an hour from box to printing. Printing is fast. Scanning to pdf files very easy. Well worth it's price.
