i purchased it as a replacement for my printer. unfortunately the shipper did not deliver it for 3 weeks. so i was without my printer for a couple of weeks. FEDEX did a poor job. package was banged up as well. cartridge was ok

Far too expensive. The authentic HP toners have always worked well with no issues of the many HP printers I've used them in. But, the cost is double what I think is reasonable.

I purchased the HP Color LaserJet CB541A/42A/43A pack. The Magenta cartridge doesn't work. I have tried multiple time to reposition it but my printer doesn't recognize it as a new cartridge. I'm at a loss at what to do. Any suggestions?

It was great as usual. I was sorry that you were out of the tri-color multipack for my 1518ni color LaserJet. In these times of shortages, you might consider offering the same (collective) bargain price when someone orders the three individual cartridges. Just a thought. I ended up ordering elsewhere to get that product.
