[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we bought this toaster about 3 weeks ago and absolutely love it. all you have to do is set your bread in the wide slots & push a button. we have ours set on 3 and it's perfect. the only thing i don't like is if you make more than 4 slices you have to turn the dial down 1 number or the second group gets too dark. as for the beep when done it's 1 beep and done.

We have had many over the years (the last being a Cuisinart) and did not think one of this quality would ever be available for personal use. A master chef in the best restaurant could not ask for a better toaster. AND the toast is perfect on both sides every time.
