[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item a couple of months ago. So far it has been great. They say on most reviews that the beeper is to loud. I think its just right. I can hear it when i am not in the kitchen. That is nice.
The controls are laid out well and love the one touch lower. Just hope the servo motors last.

Pros: nice wide slots, Great for the Price, Convenient Features, nice high lift, easy to use, Performance, Innovative, Design
Cons: be more convient if crum trays were in frount.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the way the breads slide up slowly when completely done rather than "pop" up like a regular toaster. Love it!!! Good for you, KitchenAid !!!

Well, I guess I learned you get what you pay for because this is by far the very best toaster we've owned. It perfectly and evenly toasts bread, frozen waffles, bagels and everything else I've tried. We've been using it for a few weeks now and we're very happy with how well it works!

I've emailed Kitchen Aid customer service and never received a response and am disappointed. Now I feel like it's too late to get a replacement part or get it fixed and I have a faulty product.
