[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially, we had a toaster malfunction but that was quickly rectified by Customer Service. Toast is even and consistent. Bagles, waffles, and other items are as well. Cycle time is fairly quick and I like the baskets that automatically travel up and down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Dial to adjust desired "done-ness", rewarming capability, bagel feature to toast cut side of bagel more than top, visual indicators to see toasting progress and determine how close to completion your toast is...four slice capability and ability to adjust settings for either set of two on each side. Nice clean design.

Operated perfectly from the first time and consistently produces toast like we like them every time. The Bagel and Warm-up features are real handy. The clamping mechanism ensures that the piece is always in the middle of the slot. This ensures that there is even toasting and never a fire. We like it!
