[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 4 slices, two people with different toast preferences - this toaster ends the discussion of whether the other person returned the setting to the correct position regarding the 'doneness' of the toast. One side mine, one side his. And because we store bread in the freezer and sometimes forget to pull out a loaf the evening before breakfast, the toaster will still toast the frozen bread to perfection every time. I love it!

It looks space age, which I like, just press a button and the bread glides down smoothly, when it's toasted it glides up smoothly, none of this pinging & leaping 2ft in the air.
It toasts to perfection, a beautiful golden brown & every piece of the bread is toasted. I have at last found my perfect toaster.
