I am a big lover of toast (every night with a cup of tea before I go to bed. Good toast is important to me. This toaster serves the mark! Being from Ireland, I grew up having my bread toasted only on one side. This toaster has a bagel feature which works perfectly for one-sided toast. It also has five toast levels so you can have it as light or as dark as you want. This feature is great for anyone with poor eyesight - no numbers to squint at, just nice bright blue lights to indicate the level of darkness. It also has the capacity to toast one to four slices at a time so that you're not wasting electricity when doing the minimal amount of toast AND it has an "extra lift" feature for those smaller slices that don't come all the way to the top. Cleans up like brand new and looks great on the counter! Love this product - would definitely recommend it!

the only thing I find about this toaster that isn't the greatest is that i have to push the handle twice most times to make the toast stay down. Also I have to put the toast in vertically. Longer way up top. not horizontally like on my other Kitchen Aid toaster. When the toast pops up it does not come out to where i can grab it. I have to use grabbers almost all the time. This is inconvenient
