Drops Emails and Can't Turn On Every time

I enjoyed my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 while it worked. I've had trouble getting the emails to stay on the phone. Each day I receive about 25 emails. However, the phone will erase many of the emails without any other action. The will not show on the screen.
Also, the button that puts the phone to sleep and wakes it up will not allow the phone to stay on long enough to enter the password. Techs have looked at it and don't understand why it is working the way it is. I think it would be a great phone if only it worked.

I have had about 30 phones in the last 8 years but this one is by far the best. I love Samsung it's like it was made for the android operating system. So fast so big so sleek and it's just a galaxy note 3 there's 5 out there some where and I wish I could afford one. I love it because it's got everything you need great media player that have tons of options as far as play speed and actual editing of pictures and videos it very much a user frendly phone. I hate saying phone because it line a little computer in your hand all my friends love getting a hold of it just to play Awesome
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Lightweight, great s pen
Cons: not very durable

SNote is great! I can text, email and compose notes or to-do list without typing or swyping.

Great phone had one before and couldn't waite to get another one.
Fast reliable and large enough to see what I'm.doing no www I'm 43 and my vision is getting weak and I'm a big guy with big hands.
Love the.note 3 I recamend it to all my friends and people I talk to.

These days people dont keep phones long with ever changing technology, but I held on to my note 3 for over 2 years. I just got my new s7 edge but im still using the note 3 for some tasks at work. It just wont die and alot of my friends had or has the note 4 and 5 and have complained about a ton of stuff where I really didnt have any major issues. After some updates I had glitches and shutdowns and restarts that I didn't do myself but that quickly went away. All and all it was and still is to this point (too soon to judge the S7) the best phone I have ever owned. I have had several smartphones throughout the years and this by far takes the cake. Thank you Samsung for making me a lifelong customer with my phones, TVs, Tablets, and in the future home appliances too. Keep doing what you do and keep the awesomeness coming!!!
