The Note 3 has been a solid phone for me the past 2 years. The size is a little large for most people one-handed, but it's good for me (I'm 6'3"/190cm tall) and I have dropped it and damaged the plastic edge, but it seems to have saved the screen (I immediately purchased an otterbox case to avoid further damage). Battery life could be better and the phone is frequently slow to respond-- or I'm just impatient.
I love the S pen, the hands free features, the screen size and quality. I like the base Android experience, but Samsung's interface isnt too bad and I like the consistency across Samsung phones (I've had a Captivate, S3 and the Note 3).
Overall, if you are close to power and can keep it charged, I recommend the phone. I'm contemplating the Note 5 b/c I've enjoyed this phone so much.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Too big, battery life is limited
I would recommend this to a friend!

I absolutely LOVE this phone. I am using this phone with t-mobile and I get great signal with very few issues, even if the phone is Verizon branded. I don't really like the bloatware that came with the phone. A lot of the apps available on the phone are pretty useless for example I don't use ANT Radio Service and I barely get the chance to test out the Bleep Beaming Service. Overall I do love the Remote Control and how sleek and lightweight the phone is. The pen is awesome and makes writing notes so much easier.
Something that I didn't really like was that there was a lack of Android Pay or a similar service available to use. Samsung Pay is not available so that is a bummer. Since I was using T-Mobile with the phone I had issues using some features (like the mobile hotspot issue). Whenever I would restart the phone I would get a pesky "Activation Error" message and would need to Force Close it.
I wish they would keep making these. It seems that the screens are getting smaller, and this one is just right.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, the size of screen is perfect.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This phone does everything I need it to do. I love how I was able to customize so many of the features to fit my personal needs. For instance, I really liked that I could customize the stylus/S Pen function to work as a sticky-note so I could jot down quick notes such as a phone number for quick reference, since I didn't really have a use for the feature otherwise. Truly, the phone has many more features that I never use, but they are there if I ever need them. When I upgrade my phone, I plan to upgrade to the Note 5.
This phone is fantastic for my needs!!! It has all the features that I need.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

My note 3 is over 2 years old and still runs fabulous. Although it will not get android Marshmallow, if you like lollipop then it's no problem. Overall this phone is great, it has good battery life, removable battery, expandable storage vis micro SD, s pen features, and more. This phone is still to this very day an efficient multitasker.
this is by far one of the best phones in the world!

super fast and smart. the smart pen comes in handy when dictating or photoshopping a picture. love the way it can sync to any other computer in the room and also can be used as a remote for my household entertainment equipment. hands down all in one machine!
