I belong to Note family. I have Note 2 and Note 3. All i can say is that this is the best in the note series and in the large display category phones.
Bright, Durable, clarity, super fast, realistic color, long battery life, tons of options to customize etc. Best phone ever!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is the best device of the NOTE series i have owned so far cant wait for the note 4 and 5 to come out i have always owned note products even when i switch to different providers.
WAY TO GO SAMSUNG
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, best phone

I really love this phone,but I do miss having a Multimedia Desktop Dock to go with it, just like the one I had that went with my DROID X. I was able to dock,charge & view all in landscape position. Plus, I was able to customize the Homepage of the dock. Samsung, please create a Multimedia Desktop Dock for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, with a customizable Homepage and with landscape position, ASAP. A lot of people would be greatly appreciated if you would. And think of all the money you would make. ;-) Thanks, from a Galaxy Note 3 owner

I have been an extremely loyal iOS user for years. I have owned every generation of the iPhone since it's inception in 2007. In November I switched to the Note 3 after weeks of research. VERY glad I did! The Note 3 is by far the most amazing phone I have ever used. The 4K video camera, 1080p AMOLED, and S-Pen Functionality are amazing! Multi-tasking, and customizable options are incredible. So much to love about this phone! Removable battery, the ability to add MicroSD cards to add more storage makes this even more amazing to use! Sketchbook Pro is awesome on this phone as well. I have been extremely happy with the switch to the Note 3!

As with any new mobile android/smart device, it took me a couple weeks to really learn all functions, but after initial self tutoring and installation of chosen apps, this mobile device is really great. I tell people all the time. I feel no need to update to a newer model, as I find absolutely no reason to do so. Samsung tech/support people are outstanding! The few interactions I have had with them, the reps are very nice, patient and will work with you until any issue is resolved and they want you to be happy. I couldn't say enough good things about the reps, one of the top three best supports I've ever encountered, and that's the truth!
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, does at least 90% of what a standard p.c. can!
Cons: a good protective case is suggested.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I switched from the iphone 5 to the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 - I will NOT be going back to the iphone. I love the larger screen, the swipe typing is much better than point n click! The screen is larger and the apps are just as plentiful as itunes. The other thing Iove about it is that it makes my work productivity much better - we use Gmail as our company's email system and it is a match made in gigabyte heaven!
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

I originally wanted the S5, but since it didn't release with 32gb I decided to try the Note 3. I thought that if I didn't like the Note 3, I'd have 14 days to return it. NOT!!!! This unintended choice was a wonderful surprise! Love the large screen, the speed AND the fact that I can input with touch, voice or writing! Mostly use the writing or voice as both are very quick!
Glad the 16gb S5 made me choose NOTE 3!!!
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: can't think of one

I consider this to be a great phone if it had installed a more stable operating system. It has great features but in my opinion the operating systems shadows all the great features and capacity of the phone.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Too big
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
