Lock Screen Passcode Issue

like i said before i got a virus on my phone for downloading a word document file off of google to help me in my homework. it said i had some type of malware. i contacted samsung and they said i could install antivirus on my phone which i did and now i have 3 runing always in the background eating away at my battery (norton mobile security, avast, and lookout) with the passcode lock option, everytime my phone is in sleep (off but not off if you know what i mean) when i press the lock button on homebutton and the keyboard is poping up i can briefly see my homescreen image. please get this fixed in the next update it would be apperciated

garbled, distorted, chirps and morphed phone calls

I don't understand peoples reviews this phone has serious voice call issues with garbled, distorted, chirps and morphed phone calls on verizon and sprint still the phones keeps being sold everywhere and there is no official response from samsung or verizon. Phone is useless until voice call problems are fixed.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: Poor quality, awful call quality, no official response to bad voice quallity
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent BUT give us an option to disable My Magazine

I love this phone. It does everything and does everything very well and fast. Camera is great. Design is better. Come on though Samsung. There are more durable materials out there then plastic. I love the new features of 4.3. I just have one complaint. GIVE US AN OPTION TO DISABLE MY MAGAZINE. I shouldn't have to root my phone to get rid of annoying apps that are so easy to accidentally be constantly opening. Come on Samsung. Give us an update that gives us this option. That is my one and only gripe. Otherwise it would have gotten 5 stars.
Sound is great, camera is great, the new S pen features work well, screen is unbelievable, design is better and the best bluetooth I have ever used.
Overall a great phone with one minor annoying flaw that could be easily fixed.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, great camera, speed
Cons: my magazine
I would recommend this to a friend!

My Galaxy Note 3 is acting weird. It is completely restarting by itself during my activity on it. I have rest it to factory and still acting that way.............
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations

all was working well until last Friday when the Samsung update came up and i updated it on Saturday morning, and ever since then my phone has been slow and keys not responding to typing, everything is messed up, i feel like just throwing it away.
please fix the bug..

well i got my 1st galaxy note 2 last year box came headphone this time galaxy note 3 no headphone and for the price well ..!
other them that to similar to the note 2 weights a lot less and alot faster so far

Not as user friendly as Iphone

I switched from iPhone to note 3 because of the larger screen. This phone is not as user friendly as iPhone. Not easy to transfer my pictures to pc and mac. When iPhone comes out with larger screen, I will switch back for sure.
