Over all its a solid phone. It can be a bit quirky at times. However, it's features more than make up for it. The large screen is great for watching videos or games. Not to mention drawing and editing photos. Over all a very nice phone
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Okay phone, clearly only designed to last a couple years

I've been pretty happy with this phone, but the battery life is pretty poor. I've had to for roughly two years, and it won't hold the new updates. I tried adding an 8g card, but it refuses to use this for storage for anything except pictures (and fills up the phone first). It's rather unfortunate, but I'll have to "upgrade" soon, since I can no longer install new apps or update anything. I was really hoping this phone would last a little longer. The battery life started out great, but I don't think it was made to handle the newer operating system updates. Overall, the phone is fine, and the stylus is pretty useful, but I do hope they'll fix some of these things in future versions.
Pros: Bright display, stylus
Cons: Did not meet expectations, battery life, storage useage

Two generations behind and still a powerhouse!

I can't believe of all days I get an email to review this phone. I wouldn't have a single bad thing to say except that just 30 minutes ago my son broke my stylus which is the only reason I'm not rating this phone 5 Stars across the board. The stylus should be made if metal and not plastic.
My phone has an impressive 32GB internal storage and 32GB micro SD removable storage. The stylus features are great. Assuming you have a stylus, you can easily create handwritten notes from the lock screen or by pressing the button on the side of the stylus while close to the screen to bring up a few other options. It is pressure sensitive which is a dream when drawing! I never seem to run out of memory, even when I try to put it to the test. I couldn't be more pleased with a phone.
Cons: stylus broke fairly quickly

The keyboard doesn't work.

I have to use my Samsung Galaxy tab 4 for Facebook & messaging because the keyboard doesn't work. The phone isn't broken & has had a protector on it & been in a case since I bought it. As soon as my contract is up I'm never going to have a phone again. I am going back to having a home phone!!
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is an amazing product for business, school, work etc. Its the Samsung Blackberry with great in app functions with easy access for all your files, loud built in speakers, takes
