I have now had two (2) units and they both had the same problem; poor reception, missed calls, even when I am sitting with phone right next to me. Dropped calls while talking. No reception when family members, on same carrier, can make calls and receive calls. Calls directly to voice mail, even though I have phone next to me or even in my and.
If I am watching NFL Mobile, it works just fine?
Never had more than 3 bars on phone, however, most of the time I am lucky if I get 2 bars, but on a trip to Arizona we stopped to each in a cafe and in small town and my phone had 4 bars??

Great Tool for Life

I have enjoyed many different phones over the years as an IT Consultant. I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy Note 3...This was by far a different experience all together. The features that come included with this phone are unbelievable. It tracks your health, calories burned, steps you take in a day. Honestly, I wouldnt be surprised if in the next software update, this thing didnt start cooking dinner for you, making your bed, and maybe if its feeling restless, Clean your house for you. Do I love this Device? Yes, the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 is amazing!

I had wanted to own this phone for the size. I love it. I can easily read my emails, play games and do social media. This is the perfect phone for me.

This is by far the best phone I've ever owned. Battery life it's great, by fair the best service I've ever had. The apps are very helpful and the phone never misses a beat.

Great phone for parents

My husband and I each got the same Samsung phone. Great for keeping us connected with our office work and personal emails. Very durable. Mine even survived an accidental fall into a pool in waterpark! It is very handy when we need to entertain kids with videos or games while waiting in line or needing them to sit still. Highly recommend it to all parents.

Love this phone! I gave up my IPhone 4 for this and I will never go back to apple. I'm team Samsung all the way now! I have the flip cover case and it is amazing! All the features are perfect! It seems like everyday I'm finding something new about my phone!
