The easiest phone to use

This is my first smart phone and I was pretty anxious when I bought it. The phone guided me pretty much on how to get started, Every section has a help button to guide you. Very user friendly I'm not techy at all. I love all the photos this phone takes awesome quality and love the new Milk app. The Samsung and Play store is easy to use when wanting to download games, music, movies and apps. Try this phone you will fall in love.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

Samsung Galaxy Note 3

I switched from an Iphone to the Note 3 because of screen size. I am a nursing student and I am constantly having to use my phone to google things, and the bigger screen made it nice to see the webpages. The camera is very nice too for taking pictures. I do not have one negative thing to say about my phone! I love it! I would recommend to anyone!!
Pros: Lightweight, big screen

My first smartphone, love it!

Other than the issue with the charger, I love all the features of my new Note 3. It is a great phone for my age group and the pictures/camera features are awesome. I am constantly learning how it works and enjoying all the features it has. I bought it because my son has the Note 2 and I was so impressed with his pictures and the size of his phone. So glad I picked this phone and decided to go to a smartphone. Thanks! Customer service for the charger issue was amazing and so speedy.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Lightweight, easy to see
Cons: not part of the discounted/free phones

A Wonderful Phone but Terrible System

The features that Note 3 offer is simply amazing. As a college student, I love the S pen because I can easily take notes in my phone. The battery lasts a day for me. The functions in this phone just blow my mind away. However if you have small hands like me, you might want to think twice before purchasing this phone. Also the screen is so bright even if you turn the brightness down. This makes it hard for me to text in class (though I shouldn't be doing that) or look at my phone at night without the light on. But I do not regret getting this phone at all.
A major problem I had was upgrading my phone to KitKat. After the update, my phone became unresponsive. So beware when you do a software update. But this is more of an Android problem.

Amazing do-it-all device

I love this phone for so many reasons. It does what a phone is suppose to do: makes calls and sends text messages. But there is so much more! It is a technological monster. It can do anything i require of it, be it work related, gaming, or productivity in general. Oh, my 6 year old daughter loves it and has no problems when it comes to operating it! I love this phone and will without a doubt be a Galaxy Note owner with each new iteration!!!!!

The Galaxy Note 3 has a good combination of size, design, and features. This size is not too big to carry around in your pocket. Yet the bigger screen makes it very useful. The stylus is easy to use and great for taking all kinds of notes. I highly recommend this phone and look forward to future models.

at first I was worried about it being too big but I got used to it and I would not go back to a regular small phone again
