Great Phone except for....

Overall the Samsung Galaxy S iii mini is a good phone. Battery life is good if I turn off Wifi, GPS, and Mobile Data, if I don't need those. If I don't play a lot of games the charge will last 4+ days, which is more than I thought it would be. Charge time is very quick, less than 2 hours from 15% to full charge.
The only two complaints I have is; 1) screen is still not bright enough while outside. 2) Too many "built-in" applications are running using up the 1 GB of ram. Ram use is always running at 80% to 90%. Every time I wake up the phone I have to run Clean Swipe to kill apps and get the RAM usage down to below 80%, however, it goes back to above 80% quickly. Either have more Ram or reduce the number of "built-in, can't remove" apps.
Other than my two complaints I would recommend this phone.
Pros: Inexpensive, good battery life
Cons: display not bright enought for outside use, not enoung ram, too many "built-in apps"

Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, great picture quality
Cons: takes a couple seconds to turn on and off

but it requires too many steps to get to some of the features such as messaging or voice mail. Because of its size it is difficult to look at websites, as they don't fit and one has to keep rolling from right to left to see everything.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations
