I'm a first time smart phone user and am very happy with my purchase of this phone. I also own a Samsung Tab 4 Nook which made the transition very easy. I'm not real interested in many of the features the phone offers at this time as I am a constant computer user. My reason for purchasing was for the ability to make hotel reservations on the fly as we migrate south for the winter each year.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Lightweight, size

I like the Phone because can use everywhere and it work in spots where other phones won't work.
Samsung has great products also. I have a 3d blu ray and a regular blu ray with build in wifi.

This phone is ok, but I have had issues with it and the "memory space" since almost day 1. Ive had to get a new phone because it went crazy and wouldn't turn off or on. then a week or so ago I had to factory reset my phone because it kept shutting down every single process that was on it. Then to top it off It said I didn't have a Samsung account and had to start all over.
Not a huge fan of this phone at all to be honest

This product should have the new Samsung update like the Samsung 4,5,6ect. I don't know why it doesn't have it.......

I think samsung could do better. I don't really like the mini version.

My new Samsung G 3 mini has been the most dependable phone I have owned. I'm still with the same carrier that I had other phones with butmy screen would freeze up during something important like paying a bill or lose signal while Im on the line . I love my Samsung phone and would recommend it to everyone!
