Good phone but a little slow

I like this phone because it gets the job done but it does run a little slow and can freeze up because of this. So I have to take the battery out to fix the freezing. Other than that its a good phone. I just wish more places had phone cases for this product.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: poor quality in videos

The product looks great but runs very slow

The phone looks great, however it runs out of memory very quickly. I have a 32gb mico sd card in it and I can't figure out how to get programs/apps to download and run on it. Recently had to have it sent in for repair as the charging dock broke. Since then it runs slow, sometimes looses it charge, it closes apps while using them. Very frustrating to try and figure out and the manual is not very happy.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, stops apps while running., delay in response when using
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
