can not get connected to KIES or Firmware Notifications

Lost Sync option for Samsung.
Update Never populates the Fields when trying to get info for Updates.

Cons: can not get update from server or sync to samsung, will not sync \ tracfone user

this is my first smartphone. i am finding it easy to use,has many great features,and texting is easy love the touch keypads.which i use frequently.I have also downloaded several useful apps

I have always liked Samsung they have never let me down this phone has kept up with that its fast and has plenty of room for me does more than i would expect from a phone

Worked good for the first 6 months

While traveling in Indiana, the phone suddenly stopped working, failed to detect the sims card. Verizon rep in Batesville IN. replaced the sims card to no avail, the phone would not work. Verizon sent me a replacement phone. Otherwise, I'm pleased with the functionality of the phone, it's my first smartphone.
Pros: Inexpensive, Lightweight

No problems with the Samsung Galaxy SIII mini. It's easy to use and easy to navigate. I like it so well that when I broke my first one (do not throw your phone ), I bought the exact same phone to replace it.
Pros: Lightweight, no glitches, sleek design, easy navigation, good quality
