[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd whirlpool all refrigerator in 11 years. The first lasted 9 years, the 2nd lasted 2. Unfortunately I'm stuck buying this because my cabinets were custom built around this unit and the matching all freezer which is working fine after 11 years. Now the two units don't match cosmetically which looks awful, but again, stuck. This newest design is awful, poor lighting, no longer a deli drawer and a totally useless area on the lower part of the door. The shelves are unable to position to my liking so I can't put gallon milk jugs where I want. I've had this model a few weeks and I don't like it at all, again, stuck, but at least it's still cold so far. The only good thing about it is that I got it at a great price at the outlet site. When this one dies we will have to reconfigure cabinets and go with a different brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible!

I purchased this to be used to store beverages at work - it's a nice looking refrigerator that fits our needs. Lots of room inside and keeps the drinks cold and ready for enjoying.

Good for big families

Our new house could only accommodate a 33" fridge, but we are a family of 7, so once we discovered this inexpensive fridge-only was available, we special-ordered it. (We already had a chest freezer, so why waste the space, especially for those tiny side-by-side models?) It keeps everything cold and has plenty of space. The LED lighting is very nice. We chose a fridge without a water dispenser because of their high repair rates across all brands. My only major gripe is that the door is not reversible - and a smaller gripe that I would have preferred black as this stainless is very hard to clean. Luckily, my husband has a huge magnet collection so I don't have to see the marks on it. Overall, a fine fridge, and we just put up with the door opening the wrong way.

So much space to stay organized

I am really glad that I bought this freezerless refrigerator. It has 4 large produce bins and so much space that I can easily see where everything is. We already have a full size freezer, so didn't need more freezer space. This is exactly what we wanted. Even having the handle on the "wrong" side hasn't been an inconvenience. I will now have room to store our apple harvest and other seasonal bounties as well. This refrigerator is also very quiet - partly because there is no freezer.
I would recommend this to a friend!
