Top notch quality

I got this oven a few weeks ago. It is so nice. The features it has are so helpful, like the quick preheat. The high power burners cook things so quick. I really do love it. It is so much better than my old range I just can't believe it.

I replaced my 20 yr old stove and couldn't be happier with my whirlpool range. The oven is very large and Heats up quickly and I love the fifth burner on the cook top.

This is a really sleek good looking range. Works great and is very intuitive and easy to use. Love the ease of being able to slide pots and pans across the range. Only drawback is that it runs a bit hot on the range so you have to adjust accordingly.

User Friendly Gem

We bought this stove about 6 months ago. Never bothered to read the instructions - that's how easy it is to use. Everything is self explanatory. Instant heat beats waiting for your electric stove to warm up. 5 burners are nice to have when you have company and you're cooking a large meal. The only drawback to this stove are the burner off and on switches. If you have small children they are very easy to ignite. I have accidentally cut them on when leaning up against the stove - I have a stomach. I have noticed times when I accidentally bumped the knobs and could smell gas as a result. I am more careful now that I'm aware. This stove is a gem - don't hesitate to buy it.

Hesitated to give this 5 stars because of customer support. The wrong burner base and cap were delivered with the stove making one burner unusable. Lengthy phone calls fixed the problem and now I am very happy with this purchase. I still have a great deal of reading to do to learn how to use it to the max. Love the large door window. Having level grates makes moving pots easy without having to lift them, although the grates are a bit heavy (which I knew before I selected this unit). Overall I am very pleased with my purchase.
