I purchased this item about 2 months ago , it was just what I was looking for . It is lightweight and small enough for handle well . Its great to pick up fast little messes that my kids dropped or for a quick pick up for anything fast I need to clean. I like that I dont have to get my bulky vacuum out all the time . Great product . And the price is great . So worth it .

Hi phonemany23! Oh no, that doesn't sound right. We want to help. It sounds like you are experiencing an air flow issue, which can be caused by a dirty filter or a blockage in the dirt path. The filter should be cleaned off every time the dirt cup is emptied. Hope this helps!

I bought this to keep my little apartment clean. The cord is a good length to get the job done; I only need to plug it in two different places. Vac is light and sturdy. It rolls easily on the hard wood and cloth mats.

I was given a Dirt Devil simple stick for Christmas. I absolutely loved it and it did the job. However it didn't last very long. But as far as working on hardwood floors it works very well and I like the fact that it comes with the attachments. I suggest this too anyone who has hardwood floors or tile floors because it really works well because the vacuum has a flat base and comes with a an attachment where you can pick up crumbs clean the crevices of your floor. It works very well especially if you have kids for so sudden messy pickups..
