The steam mop part works great but our model has a spot to add a cleaner bottle and the spray out spot for this became clogged quickly and hasn't worked after the first few times.

Really like this! All i do is sweep before to get up as much dirt as possible and then use this and it looks like I have professional mopped the floors.

I have two of these. One for the basement and one for the main floors. They work beautifully. I don’t have to use any cleaner because the the steam cleans everything by its self. It’s so great. So great

Loved my shark steam cleaner. I moved and it got lost and I had to switch to bissle and I hate it. Shark is simple and not super techy but the product works wayyy better than any steam mop I’ve tried
