I used this for a few months and wasn’t too impressed. You will need to clean with a different mop first and then use this to disinfect after.

I got this steam map a few years ago for Christmas. We have hardwood floors throughout our home and this keeps them sanitized and clean. However, it doesn't get those hard stains out though. So I suggest cleaning up a little spill right away or you will have to scrub it with the steam mop. It's a super easy ean up all you have to do it take off the pad and toss in the wash.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My husband got me this weirdly the same time I was comparing steam mops deciding which one to purchase and must I say I am impressed! We have ceramic tile and faux wood flooring so this steam mop is a must especially since I have a toddler who tends to make floor messes often. For example she had juice and spilled it but I couldn't clean it up right away, I then forgot about it, saw that it hardened and would be a pain in the butt cleaning it by hand with a towel and spray bottle but thankfully I had the mop which only takes a couple seconds to warm up after you plug it in and it IMMEDEIATLY cleaned up the sticky juice off the floor after three swipes! Makes life much more easier. The pads can easily be removed by hand in seconds and out in a washer and it's good as new. No complicated plastic peices to remove and ugly cleaning. This is an amazing product with no fuaults. Reminder, sweep your floors PRIOR to mopping.

I just bought this. I love it!! I have both the shark vacuum and the shark steamer. I use them both every week. They are easy to use and very versatile. I highly recommend it.

Love this mop! Steam cleans well— and I love that all you need is water! We try not to use harsh chemicals so anything that cleans and disinfects without chemicals is perfect. Heats up quickly and the cord is the perfect length. I do wish there was an on/off switch and I wish the pads had a scrubby section, but in general - it’s a great, affordable mop!

I love using the steam mop! It feels like it breaks down dirt and grime on the floor and gets rid of it. Super easy to use as well, would definitely recommend.
