Shark I have had for years love it. I don’t have carpet so I steam mop all of my floor. The reusable pad that come with the shark is washable and as amazing as that is you get a extra pad to use while the other is in the wash. The only down fall of this product is that the water reservoir is too small and you have to refill it a lot. I still use mine just I refill it a lot.

ever since they came out with the steam mop I threw all my other mops away I use nothing else but a steam mop they are wonderful the sharks are the best I've had three different kinds of the sharks the light and easy now is my favorite it gets everything off the floor including gum that has been stuck on there I don't care for years it will take it off it is great love it we'll buy another one when this one goes out wish the heating elements would last a lot longer than they do because I use mine to death literally recommend this highly

Love my steam mop. Made all the floors very clean and all you use is water! Light weight and easy to use. I had the older model which work worked just as well and upgraded! Would highly recommend this to those who like the chemical free cleaning and sanitation!

I wouldn't use any other mop on my floors. They get spotless and disinfected and dries in second if moving. Don't have time worry about changing a sponge or moo head. I toss my cloth in the washer and voila it's clean and no germs.

My steam mop is several years old and still works great! I’ve actually had to buy replacement pads. I love that it’s so durable and has lasted for so long!! It gets the dirt up!!

This thing blast dirt and gets the floor sparkling. O sometimes use a spray bottle with fabulous to give the house a good smell . Kills germs a d gets the dirt up

I love this product! It's a must have for natural cleaning. I use this all over my home. On laminate, hard wood and tile. I just pour filtered water in, plug it in to warm up and go. I would repurchase this over and over regardless of the price, it's worth it. And the pads are washable. Your best bet is to buy this directly online from the website. I got a good deal and warranty.

I have an English bulldog and there is slobber drops all over my hardwoods. Gracious! So, I usually have to mop with something a little more harsh. However, it's nice to just pull out the steam mop every now and then for a quick clean.
