This is an intermediate workout. It is not as hard or intense as you would think according to the cover. Most moves are typical R.Y. , but these 3 workouts are each 60 minutes in length. So if you have time and want a more thorough exercise (involving bending, stretching, twists, standing, etc.) all at once, this will give it to you.
I bought this after I lost the first DVD. I've tried many other yoga DVDs, but for golf, this is the best. It will increase your flexibility as well as your balance. I'm 48 yrs old and I've noticed that I'm not as flexible as I once was. I wake up in the morning feeling stiff and sometimes sore. When I first started using this DVD about 4 years ago the pain(soreness) went away. Unfortunately I lost the DVD and stopped yoga. So I finally decided to buy it again and couldn't be more happier. By the way, I'm crushing the ball way past my golf buddies.
Slow Burn: Very slow and repetitive(x3) w/6min cool down. Power Yoga: 5min warm-up w/o stretches. Some new moves. Sustained movement of postures (x3) in continuous movement repetitions. Tiring. Conditioning for Athletes: 16min warm-up (need a chair); 21min conditioning (new twists & "Eagle"); 23min integration (repetition and twisting).
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was introduced to power yoga many years ago via Rodney Yee's power yoga for beginner videos. Got this set for $14, great price for three sessions, and you can't go wrong with Rodney Yee. He gives excellent instruction and is easy to follow.

Rodney Yee's Power Yoga Collection challenges you by slowing down the routines, which makes a little harder. In Yoga for Athletes, the use of a chair brings an entirely different dimension to Yoga practice. The introduction of Plow Pose in Power Yoga keeps the routine fresh.
