The dryer is very loud. The serviceman came out and said, this is the number one complaint. The back of the dryer has a thin metal sheet and it just vibrate and rattle the whole time the dryer is on. I rate the dryer very poor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome machine!

After the purchase my wife and I just stood by the washer and could not believe how quiet it was. We were amazed with the way this washer washed. It used so little water to do the job. The spin cycle was the best to watch. We had a blast watching the speed of the drum and how the direct drive worked. I know, this is not what you would think that two adults would stand at a washer and watch a clothes being washed, but I tell you it was awesome! Its been over a month and we still catch each other just standing by and looking though the glass top. Love this washer. Oh yeah the dryer is awesome too.

Holds lots of clothes. Easy to find the cycle you need. The big door makes it easy to clothes out without climbing in to get them.

Large Dryer capacity

Bought both the Dryer and Matching washer for a new home in Texas. Chose this make/model based on features, price and product name/reliability. Very pleased so far with the features and clothes capacity of this product line. Still in the "first year" of warranty.

I have fallen in love again. With a machine! My new dryer is just what I wanted in a dryer. It is loaded with features. I would buy this dryer again in a heartbeat.
