I love my dyer, it's so quite and works great! I can even do laundry while the family is sleeping, without waking them up.

Two full months in ..... very pleased with my purchase! I bought it for drying my queen sized quilts and so far it meets all expectations. I have also used damp dry and air only with much success.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Water for steam wrinkle release feature is unfiltered and will cause appliance to breakdown. Other brands have a reservoir to put distilled water into for steam production. If you have a water softener it will be a problem or well or city water with any dissolved solids the solids will build up in boiling/steam unit and destroy it. No remedy offered in manual or by loews where I bought it. Whenever steam is produced residue is deposited unless distilled water is used. Very bad for consumer!!!

Disappointing!

I am disappointed in this product. Unlike what I was told by the salesperson, it seems to take just as long, if not longer, than my much older machine.

Miss my old cabrios

So my control panel went out on my old cabrio washing machine so I decided to upgrade with a new pair. Wish I hadn't. I've had this dryer for about three months now. It makes a very loud rattle intermittently. In the begining it was tolerable, now I can't even watch tv while its going. The lint screen design is a nightmare. It doesn't catch all the lint and you can't get anything in there to vacuum it out. The check vent light constantly comes on and it gets cleaned after every use. I'm very disappointed.
