This Whirlpool dryer replaced another Whirlpool after 28 years of service. The old one was service free with no problems. This dryer has some really great features and it is so easy to use. Clothes are loaded and unloaded with ease with the extra large opening and the noise level is minimal. I truly hope to have this dryer as long as my last.

We purchased this washer to replace the front load washer, and I love it. It is very roomy and I washed our king size comforter for the very first time. I wish this washer had a "drain & spin" feature. The old one had this feature and I miss it.

It's worked so far, I'll try to update at a year. I'm skeptical of the new technology and hope that the machine lasts 12 years like my last one

As I have used this unit now for over a month I have to say that I have enjoyed it. The only thing I have noticed is that cloths have come out still damp on occassion. And when I try to set it up for a re-dry again, the clothes are still damp. I'm unsure if this is an error on my part, as it does not happen all the time, or if it is a defect in the unit itself. But, in the end, I really like the unit, it's features and size.

Was super excited to get my brand new washer and it did not disappoint! I will say that you have to get used to the tub not filling up with water over the clothes however it works great! It has great features and does things like chose your water level by iteself. Very pleased and would recommend to anyone!

We purchased both the washer and dryer. This is the best system we have had for many reasons. First, the design is phenomenal. The efficiency is perfect. I wash and dry clothes every single day. We have two kids at home and four dogs. I am thrilled with the design and attractiveness of these models. They are extremely attractive as well.
