I owned a front loader for six years and did not like it because of the mildew smell and just not big enough. I love my new dryer! It has a steam option that is wonderful because sometimes I forgot about the laundry and this takes the wrinkles back out! I also bought the matching washing machine! Love my new set!

I purchased this dryer (WGD8500BW) along with the matching washer (WTW8500BW) and I absolutely LOVE both of them! I use all the settings on this dryer and I really enjoy the way the door is wide open with the top opening set back in it. I don't have to bend over to get the clothes into the dryer from the washer, I just drop them in....EASY! At first my clothes were "not quite" getting dry enough for my liking at the end of the cycles and I was having to add time, which I didn't like. BUT, I read the owners manual and EASILY fixed this issue. I just followed the directions to make a global setting change that changed the cycles to automatically dry my clothes 15% more. Now at the end of any cycle, my clothes are perfectly dry and ready to fold!!! LOVED THAT!! I would definitely recommend this product!

Our new dryer is very quiet and efficient. It doesn't overdry items and does a great job with non-iron fabrics. The steam feature is wonderful for relaxing those stubborn normally wrinkled garments.

I love my new dryer. My clothes are dry alot faster than with my old dryer. I did have some concern when I first used my HE washer because the clothes were so wrinkled but after putting them in the dryer everything came out wrinkle free. I have used the steam feature once and the item came out fresh smelling and wrinkle free. I just realized another feature of the dryer...when I put a load of clothes in the dryer the timer showed a certain time on the dryer. I checked on the clothes and the time had changed I guess because the sensor showed that the clothes were not dry in that time period. I think that is a pretty neat feature. With my old dryer I wouldn't find out that the clothes needed more time until it turned off.
