I bought this about a year and a half ago and wish that I had never done it. It takes forever to dry if at all. My repairman isn't sure how to fix the error codes it is creating. It is a piece of junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had clothes in storage for a year during relocation. They only needed freshening & the steam cycle with it's monster capacity performed perfectly. Purred like a kitten without shaking the walls like my old unit.

This is my first real set in 30 years of marriage. My husband surprised me with upgraded set after my independent pieces died a couple weeks apart. Clothes are dry and wrinkle free plus I can dry double what i was use to be able to do.

I have had this dryer for about a month. I can say it has met my expectations and then some. Love all the features This dryer replaced a whirlpool that I had for 25 + years and it was still working when I bought this replacement I sure hope this one lasts as long!

Never thought I would use the touch up steam cycle as much as I have. Glad I had it hooked up. Never have to worry about getting the shirts out before they wrinkle. Nice feature.
