Maybe not so well designed?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shelf was actually the feature that sold me on the Bosch stackable washer and dryer. However in the tight space we had for installation, this feature makes it nearly impossible to level the dryer! In the ventless design, then, the water removed from the wet clothes may not drain to the dryer's sump, and that water has to go somewhere - on to the shelf, and down to the floor. PLUS that water quickly delaminates the shelf surface! Troubleshooting tells you to clean seals and level the dryer (impossible when stacked as mentioned earlier). You can't remove the shelf for repair without unstacking the dryer. The documentation for the washer/dryer is pitiful, and doesn't address the shelf at all.

Makes the Bosch 800 pair work for us

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our washer and dryer live in a very small space in our breakfast room. The WTZ11400 is a very necessary part of our installation. It also makes transferring clothes from the washer to the dryer much easiler.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wood delaminates

Accesory is fitted between drying machine and washing machine. Some drops of water falls down and enters inside the plastic-wood joint, delaminating it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
