[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer together and love both! I've had them for about a year and have been very pleased. The washer is so quiet! I have them stacked and on the second story and the machines never move nor do the shake the floor. Very quality product and washes very well. I love Bosch and can't wait to purchase kitchen appliances next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Will not wash on Cold. No matter what you do! Child lock on door is extremely annoying and aggravating!

Bosch washer and dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer and dryer about 2 years ago. I am happy with the washer but the dryer gathers the items in a bundle like a roll after a couple of minutes of drying. I have to open the door and sort and separate the items a couple of times before the drying cycle ends. Sometimes I have to remove the items and dry them on the line.

Small Package, Big Features, Some Drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, if your laundry space is small, your loads are also small, and you are willing to do a little more maintenance than you might with a more typical machine, this isn't a bad washing machine. It is expensive and parts and service are expensive, too.
My biggest complaint is with the "pump filter" design. Bosch barely mentions maintenance on this part, but it should be called the "coin trap" or something more ominous. If you have a pet, hair will clog the trap, jam the cover shut, and eventually destroy the pump. Coins will do the same. It should be cleaned every month or so and you'll need a Torx driver to remove the two screws holding the totally useless plastic cover to get to the pump cover.
The spin cycle is incredibly noisy and will vibrate your house like a paint shaker. ;-) I found a 1" thick rubber pad to put the whole stacked system on that quieted it down a lot. It's still a surprise when you open the laundry closet door and hear that jet engine sound.
I would recommend this to a friend!
