Glad to have my washer fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer was not maintained when I moved into my new unit and so there was mold, so the rubber piece needed to be removed and replaced. The Bosch technician who arrived was friendly, efficient, left things clean and tidy, and got it fixed. Really happy to have it working finally, and glad to have the unit so I can conveniently do laundry as well. Thanks again to the technician that was sent out for getting it done.

WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply do not know what took me so long. My antiquated washer and dryer combo made noise and the dryer left brown streaks on my clothes. I didn't realize how dingy my clothes and sheets were until I compared loads of sheets today. It is amazing how good my clothes look. Thank you Bosch!

Excellent Replacement for Axxis

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We had an Axxis Laundry Washer/Dryer combo for 14 years. The dryer was still in great shape, but the washer started having problems (moldy rubber seal, then started leaking at the bottom), so it was time to replace. The new unit made for an excellent replacement, it is quieter and faster. We'll make sure the mold won't develop by being more careful with drying out the seal after each use, and using cleaner to keep the inside clean. It was an easy swap, with the electricity coming from 3-phase via the dryer.

Worst EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is as bad as the dryer that goes with it. Don't try to wash small loads. It won't spin the clothes if it can't "sense" them. HUge waste of water and time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does not work without matching dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are planning on using without matching dryer it does not work. You need to buy a plug adaptor and have an elwctrician install a 220 v plug.
