If possible, I would give less than one star

I've had this machine for the last 3.5 years & was the 1st (and only user). It is without question, the least reliable appliance I have ever used in my lifetime. There has been repeated problems with faulty door latch, that has caused my maintenance team to have to replace 3 different time within a 4 month span. It should never have made its way to market.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is steady getting Job done and and clothes com

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had it around 6 months now and it saves on water and makes my laundry washing a lot easier. It is very good about noise too because unless your listening for it you cannot even tell your doing laundry. Also very easy to use and get great results.

Does not work without matching dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are planning on using without matching dryer it does not work. You need to buy a plug adaptor and have an elwctrician install a 220 v plug.

Worst EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer is as bad as the dryer that goes with it. Don't try to wash small loads. It won't spin the clothes if it can't "sense" them. HUge waste of water and time.

WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply do not know what took me so long. My antiquated washer and dryer combo made noise and the dryer left brown streaks on my clothes. I didn't realize how dingy my clothes and sheets were until I compared loads of sheets today. It is amazing how good my clothes look. Thank you Bosch!

Glad to have my washer fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washer was not maintained when I moved into my new unit and so there was mold, so the rubber piece needed to be removed and replaced. The Bosch technician who arrived was friendly, efficient, left things clean and tidy, and got it fixed. Really happy to have it working finally, and glad to have the unit so I can conveniently do laundry as well. Thanks again to the technician that was sent out for getting it done.
